Life is not easy. Pressures at work, at home, and in school are intense. You'd like to make a change, but may feel stuck or uncertain of the direction you want to try next. Or maybe you’re a parent, and you have worries about your child, or your family overall, and want to head off behavior before it becomes problematic.

Grandview Primary Care recognizes the importance of mental health to overall well-being. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.

Counseling can provide you with a safe and confidential space to build insights and new skills to manage your moods, improve your relationships, change problem behaviors, and live your life in an intentional, mindful way.

In our effort to provide you with the most holistic model of care possible, Grandview Primary Care offers counseling services at both our Grandview Avenue and Tremont Pharmacy locations.
