James Culberson IFBB Pro
My name is James Culbersen and I live for fitness. I am an IFBB Professional Bodybuilder who competes in the men’s open division. I didn’t start out this way. In fact, I first started losing weight at age 30 as a bet with a friend. I entered my first bodybuilding competition at age 32. Things went well and I was fortunate enough to turn pro at age 35. I competed in my first pro show in the 2018 Chicago Pro finishing 11th. I am now 40 years old and training to be the best bodybuilder on the planet. My next goal is to win a pro show and qualify for the Arnold Classic.
A person's health is and will always be my number one priority. I have been training clients for over 15 years and enjoy helping people achieve their goals. I focus on high repetition strength training and healthy, fast, fat burning weight loss. I educate on proper form techniques and injury prevention to maximize muscle growth and weight loss. I believe the food you consume is one of the main components to achieving your health and body goals. Every client I work with will complete a personal diet analysis and I will create a personal nutritional plan based on the client’s food preferences, weight loss goals, work schedule, sleep patterns, allergies and digestion. It won't ever be easy but if you have goals NO MATTER WHAT THEY ARE, I will give you the tools to achieve your dreams. The people that want me as their trainer are people that are self-motivated, hard working, mentally tough, focused, eager to learn and goal-driven with the will to succeed. I will NEVER ACCEPT EXCUSES why your goals aren't being met. If you are willing to put in the hard work and effort then I will do EVERYTHING IN MY POWER to help you succeed.
When I am not in the gym training I enjoy going to the movies, watching his favorite team the Oakland Raiders, photography and cooking.
