Shawn Bailey MD
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Bailey is a 2001 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency Training at Riverside Methodist Hospital in 2004. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University. His wife, Meredith, is a pharmacist and owner of Tremont Pharmacy in Upper Arlington. Dr. Bailey enjoys weight lifting, boating, fishing, reading, music, being outside and spending time with his two daughters, Eva and Gwen.
Joseph Jacko MD
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Joe Jacko is a native of the Buckeye state and returned to his roots in 2012 having previously trained and practiced in Georgia, Texas and South Carolina. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Sports Medicine.
His main practice interest is helping patients achieve optimal health through exercise, nutrition, and hormone replacement.
Dr. Jacko graduated from The Ohio State College of Medicine. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio and his Sports Medicine Fellowship at the Hughston Orthpaedic Clinic and Sports Medicine Hospital in Columbus, Georgia.
Dr. Jacko has been fortunate to have spent time at leading institutions in the country including the Hughtston Orthopaedic Clinic (Columbus, Georgia), the Cooper Clinic and Aerobics Center (Dallas, Texas), Southwest Orthopedic institute (now Texas Orthopaedic Associates in Dallas), Steadman-Hawkins Clinic (South Carolina), Cenegenics Medical Center (Dallas) and Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians (Columbus).
Dr. Jacko gained his first exposure to the importance of exercise and nutrition when he started his career at the Cooper Clinic in Dallas, Texas which was founded by Ken Cooper, MD who wrote the book Aerobics in 1968 jumpstarting the fitness movement in the United States.
Most of Dr. Jacko’s career has been in primary care sports medicine and served as a physician for the Dallas Independent School District and as a volunteer physician at the US Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.
He also has training in Regenerative Medicine through the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Dr. Jacko has given numerous talks on sports medicine, exercise, nutrition, and hormones. He has two chapters published in Hughston Orthopaedic Clinic: Sports Medicine Book.
Meredith Bailey RPh
Meredith is a 2000 magna cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy. Meredith owns Tremont Pharmacy in Upper Arlington. She is a lifelong resident of Grandview Heights and graduated from Trinity Catholic School as well as Bishop Ready High School. Meredith enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, kayaking and boating. She also enjoys spending time with her two daughters, Eva and Gwen.
Rebecca McClain
MSN, FNP-C Nurse Practitioner
Rebecca is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Initially from Westerville, she graduated from Westerville North High School in 2009. She began working for the company in 2011, working as a medical assistant, shortly thereafter she began nursing school and went on to receive her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Hondros College in 2015. She received a Masters of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel School of Nursing. She has a passion to help improve the quality of life of her patients, focusing on wellness and optimizing health. In her free time, she enjoys spending time doing anything DIY with her husband, Douglas, and keeping up with their three sons.
Sarah Johnson
MSPAS PA-C
Sarah is a certified physician assistant who puts an emphasis on holistic, functional care. She’s from a small town in Appalachia Ohio where she acknowledged many health disparities among her community. She graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s in Health Promotion, Nutrition, and Exercise Science in 2018. This is where she found her passion for health and fitness and recognized the many gaps within the healthcare system. This influenced her decision to become a physician assistant. She graduated with her Masters in Physician Assistant studies from Lake Erie College in 2022. Sarah is determined to change the face of medicine by educating and implementing exercise, nutrition, and stress management into healthcare. Outside of work, you can find Sarah in the gym lifting weights, watching OSU football, and hanging out with her cat, Braxton.
Rachel Burkley
Registered Nurse
Rachel graduated from Tiffin Columbian High School in 2011 and went on to receive her degree in veterinary technology from Columbus State Community College in 2014. She worked as a veterinary technician for several years and then later went back to school to receive her Associate Degree in Nursing from Columbus State Community College in 2021. She is currently working on her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree at Ohio University. She has a passion for helping patients achieve their goals through health and fitness. Outside of work, she enjoys lifting weights, camping, hiking, kayaking, fishing, reading, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Audrey Clement
Registered Dietitian
Audrey is a board certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She graduated from Auburn University in 2020 with a degree in Dietetics. She completed her Dietetic Internship at The Ohio State University where she developed a passion for personalized nutrition. Audrey began her career in dietetics at Nationwide Children's Hospital where she developed wellness programming and health initiatives for it's employees. Audrey believes there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to health, and no single approach that will work best for everyone. Audrey is available to work with you in creating sustainable lifestyle changes that build a foundation for longevity and improved quality of life.
Cassidy Ryan
Medical Assistant
Cassidy graduated from Olentangy Orange High School in 2018 and spent one semester at Georgia State University playing soccer. She transferred closer to home to finish her Bachelors of Art in Exercise Science with a Minor in Psychology. Cassidy grew up playing competitive and collegiate soccer. Other hobbies include: CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and painting. She is currently in the process of applying to PA schools. Cassidy is an advocate for a holistic approach on patient care, where medicine and exercise come together.
Lauren Damron
Medical Assistant
Lauren is in the process of working on her Bachelor's in Business. She previously worked in Dermatology for nine years and Cosmetology for five years. Lauren grew up in a sports-oriented family and participated in volleyball, cheerleading and track. Her love for athletics translates to the way she lives her everyday, encapsulated around health and wellness. She spends a majority of her time hanging with her parents and traveling with her husband. She enjoys everything Ohio State, weight lifting, baseball and country concerts. She is excited to be working in an atmosphere where providers & colleagues prioritize their own health through fitness, as well as their patients’.
Madelaine Gauthier
Wellness Coordinator
Madelaine is currently working on her Business Associate of Arts at Columbus State Community College. Patient wellness and comfort is her number one priority at Grandview primary care. Any questions, scheduling needs and information may be directed her way. In her free time Madelaine enjoys reading, attending sporting events, and staying active.
Taylor Hatcher
Lead Massage Therapist
Taylor is licensed as a Massage Therapist by the State Medical Board of Ohio since 2016. She has her degree in Sports Studies and Exercise Science and is also a part-time Personal Trainer for beginners at Grandview Pro Fitness. She primarily works with bodybuilders, fitness competitors, and athletes because she loves helping them get ready to be at their best. Whether you're a beginner in the gym or an athlete, massage therapy is one of the best ways to recover your muscles and to help you meet your fitness and health goals! Taylor loves to do medical massage with people who have chronic pain, need pre-operative or post-operative work, or who are recovering from injuries. Her specialties include but are not limited to massage cupping, trigger point work, sports massage, Swedish massage and deep tissue. Because of her passion for massage and exercise science, she plans to teach at her college one day while continuing to work here at her dream job. Taylor likes to educate her clients, but even more so loves to learn. If she doesn't know the answer to a question, she is the kind of person who's going to look into it and find out so you can learn together. She is always working on her continuing education to become a better LMT as well as Personal Trainer. Taylor has been a part of the Grandview Primary Care team since December of 2016.
Christina Curry
Licensed Massage Therapist
Christina is a recent Massage Therapy graduate from Columbus State and has received her license by the State Medical Board of Ohio in 2021. While attending Columbus State, Christina received training in Swedish Relaxation, Sports Massage, Oncology Massage and Trigger Point Therapy. Prior to attending school for Massage Therapy, Christina spent over a decade as a Medical Assistant at Grant Medical Center and Nationwide Children's Hospital. After having a child of her own and seeing the immediate health benefits for her daughter, Christina felt called to change her career path. So now as a newly Licensed Massage Therapist, Christina is passionate to promote wellness by offering therapeutic bodywork. Christina is excited for this opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives by providing an alternative way to people's health and wellness.
Brett Stefan
Chiropractic Physician
Dr. Brett is the Chiropractic Physician at Grandview Primary Care. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, before completing his Master’s degree in Nutrition and Human Performance and his Doctorate degree in Chiropractic at Logan University in Chesterfield, Missouri, near St. Louis.
Dr. Stefan finished his training at Logan University’s Human Performance Center working with a few of St. Louis' professional teams and universities before moving to Washington, DC, for an internship. Dr. Stefan currently lives in Worthington, Ohio, with his wife, Natalie, daughter, Jojo and their fox red lab, Riggins. When he isn’t at the clinic, Dr. Stefan can be found playing on the golf course, training golfers and other rotational athletes or at the pool with his family!
Corey Southers
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Corey is a 2010 graduate of the University of Evansville where he received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy after receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Movement Science from UE in 2008. He played soccer (goalkeeper) for UE during his undergraduate years, then he coached the goalkeepers for the women’s team at UE while in graduate school. Corey moved to Columbus 8 years ago and lives in Clintonville with his wife, young son, and two dogs. He has been an avid weightlifter/athlete his entire life and loves spending time in the mountains/wilderness whenever he can, always looking for new adventures!
Alyssa Coons
Doctor of Physical Therapy
Alyssa graduated from College of Charleston in 2015 with a degree in Exercise Science. She was a member of the college’s D1 swim and dive team where she competed in 100 and 200 butterfly. She earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Nova Southeastern University in 2018. She is Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy through the APTA and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist from the NSCA. She loves helping people improve their quality of life through movement. She loves to travel with her husband and continues to be active with swimming and Crossfit recreationally.
Jenny Edgington
LISW, Counselor
Jenny Edgington is a Licensed Independent Social Worker through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She received her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Miami University and her Masters in Social Work from The Ohio State University.
Jenny has over 15 years of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. She specializes in working with adolescents and young adults in transitional periods of life, and seeks to provide a safe, non-judgmental place to build empowerment, decrease stress, and gain skills critical for managing life’s obstacles.
At Grandview Primary Care, Jenny utilizes a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and other strengths-based approaches. She believes in utilizing a systems perspective, and works to help clients identify sources of support and strengthen relationships to create lasting, positive change.
Stephen Anderson

Stephen is a competitive powerlifter who has held multiple state powerlifting records. He has been training for 7 years and training competitively for 2 years. Stephen has a passion for the gym and strives to make it a great experience for all types of members and clients. As a trainer Stephen specializes in instilling proper form and correct weight lifting techniques. He is open to training all types of clients with no goal being too big or too small!
TJ Finley
Manager Worthington Pro Fitness (formerly. Cbus Lifting Co.), Powerlifting Coach
TJ first fell in love with strength training as a teenager, participating in both football and wrestling at Pickerington High School. As a sophomore he took 3rd place in his first bench press competition. After a year of college football at Muskingum University, he transferred to Ohio State and graduated in 2005 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Criminology. During his time at Ohio State, he coached football and wrestling at Centennial High School and structured strength and conditioning programming for both sports. After graduation, he spent years training as a mixed martial artist, eventually turning professional and fighting in organizations such as the “King of the Cage”. TJ has over 20 years of strength training experience and has spent the past 5 years with a focus on powerlifting. He hopes to instill proper form and technique in the core compound exercises to promote strength in the beginner athlete while also working with competitive powerlifters to increase max effort attempts and overall gains.

Rachael Reuter IFBB Pro
Personal Trainer
Rachael Reuter is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Professional Athlete in the International Federation of Bodybuilding (IFBB) and has been in the fitness industry for over 6 years. Along with having a fitness background, she is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Human Development. She has always had an athletic and competitive background; she was a gymnast and cheerleader her entire life until adulthood. In college she began weightlifting as a hobby which quickly led to her love of bodybuilding, health, and fitness. Her goal as a trainer is to create age and goal appropriate programs that empower and challenge her clients in hopes of helping them gain confidence and fearlessness, while encouraging blending healthy habits with their everyday life.
Lara Cox

Lara became interested in physical fitness back in high school when she first discovered Crossfit. Over time, her interests were refined to olympic weightlifting and she recently has begun training competitively. Lara’s desire to constantly learn allows her to connect with clients and help develop a plan to guide them to their goals. Her objective as a personal trainer is to create a better quality of life for individuals while ensuring the longevity of their bodies through proper gym technique
Luke McCollough

Luke grew up in Grandview Heights, Ohio. He graduated in 2021 from Capital University, where he studied public relations and was a four-year member of the golf team. Luke comes from an athletic family and has always participated in sports activities. He began a serious workout regimen during his freshman year of high school. Over the past few years Luke developed a sincere passion for training. This passion allowed him to realize the enjoyment he experiences when helps others to feel and be their best — inside and outside of the gym. Luke’s intention as a personal trainer is to help people of any background to exceed their expectations of themselves, and achieve results that will enhance their bodies, and minds.
