We offer 4 different membership options.  Our most comprehensive membership option is our SHIELD membership (formerly known as Advanced Wellness Plan or AWP), which entitles you to unlimited access to your very own team of health professionals devoted to addressing your current health issues while taking proactive measures to keep you at the best version of yourself. We want to help you invest more time in a healthy, active lifestyle and less time on health care.

HEALTHCARE

  • Unlimited in-office or telemedicine primary care visits with any of our providers

    • Annual Wellness Exam

    • Convenient care visits

    • In-office procedures (mole removal, stitches, PAP smears, joint injections, etc.) 

  • Hormone Replacement Therapy

    • In-office testosterone injections​​​

  • Unlimited nursing visits

    • IV hydration, blood draws, B12 injections, ear irrigation, spirometry, etc.​

  • Full access to three elite fitness centers
